Cardio Fitness Kickboxing - Get a kick out of your workout!

What is it?
Cardio Kickboxing is a popular exercise program that utilizes the techniques martial artists have used for years to gain muscle tone and improve cardiovascular fitness. Set to dynamic music, our classes are designed by martial artists and are not aerobic dance classes with a few kicks and punches thrown in. You will gain basic martial arts skills that will boost your confidence and give you an exciting high energy workout.
In addition to a great calorie burning workout, the kicking and punching techniques you learn will be used in our heavy bag portion of your workout. The heavy bag portion gives you 30% more of a workout and is unique to our program.
We guarantee you will see results in your first session!
Is it safe?
Yes, this high energy workout is safe! Your instructor will start off with a complete warm-up
(including stretching) and end your class with a cool down to minimize the risk of injury. Unlike
our formal martial arts classes, there is no contact with other students and no board breaking.
You can go at your own pace and rest when you need to. Our main focus is to have fun while you get in
shape.
I'm really out of shape. Will I be able to keep up with the rest of the class?
Unlike other Cardio Kickboxing programs, our program encourages the students to work at at a pace that is comfortable, allowing them to safely and gradually improve their cardio-vascular health. These sessions allow you to choose the workout that is right for you!
I'm already in good shape. Will this give me a good workout?
We have many athletes in our classes that love the class because not only does it work muscles they normally don't use but it breaks the boredom of doing the same old routine.
If it's fun and feels good... you will keep doing it!
What should I wear?
Workout clothes and athletic shoes. Most people wear sweats or shorts and a t-shirts. Bring a towel.
Reminder:
Studies show that a person must do a specific behavior for 21 days before it becomes a habit. You will enjoy this energy packed workout. If you have had any problems sticking with an exercise program in the past, our Cardio Kickboxing program may be just what you need.
