Promotional Testing
Date: First Saturday of the even months (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec)
Location: To Be Announced

10:00am Little Dragons
10:00am Juniors & Adults (White - Sr. Blue)
11:15am Juniors & Adults Advance (Brown - Black)
Attire: Full Uniform, top and bottom. Please wear white undergarments when wearing the uniform. Be sure to have your uniform cleaned and completed with appropriate school and organization patches sewn on.

Registration:
Before registering, students must have met the minimum classes requirements as well as permission from
their chief instructor to sign up. All students testing need to register ($40 Little Dragons, $45 White-Senior Blue Belts, $50 for Brown & Red Belts, $80 Black Belts) prior to the testing date.
Students testing must have membership dues current in order to participate in the promotional testing.

Now that we've moved to our new larger and better facility, look for a our new expanded schedule
where we're adding more convenient classes to the schedule.
Class Schedule after Testing
Concord Taekwondo America will be CLOSED for regular classes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
following testing in order to process the testing results.
Classes will resume the Thursday,
and Friday following the Awards Ceremony.
Awards Ceremony
The Awards Ceremony will be another “Pot Luck”, “Covered Dish” Awards Ceremony. When everyone brings a dish, the selection is even better! Be sure to sign up for what
you’re bringing to the dinner. We’ll have about 110+ people attending!
Remember the ceremony begins at 6:00 pm.
Winter Camp
Winter Camp is held at Camp Hanes. For those of you who have attended in previous years, each new year more TA schools have joined us. Space is very limited and will be first come, first serve. If you want to attend, do NOT wait. Register ASAP, to save your camping slot.
This camp is for Orange Belts and above. Juniors must be at least 8 years old. This is a weekend camp. Campers arrive on Friday afternoon and stay until Sunday morning. Campers need to bring workout clothing, gear, boards, bedding, and shower supplies. For a more complete list, see registration form. All meals, cabin assignments, and the camp T-shirt are included in the registration fee.
Campers need to arrange for their own transportation to and from Camp Hanes.
Camp dates: November Friday afternoon - Sunday morning.

National Testing and Tournament
Each Winter, at the Nationals, High Rank testing will take place Friday, before the National Tournament. Check our Facebook page for more details.
Demo Team and 3rd - 5th degree competition will commence following testing. All other divisions will compete Saturday.
Students testing for 3rd Degree Black Belt or higher test at National Events.

We are asking those with new email addresses to let the staff know. Those students with email
addresses will receive the updates and specials by email. If you wish not to receive this newsletter
by e-mail please make note of your preference.

Black belt Conference
The Black Belt Conference is where all black belt students are invited to attended for serious training and jam packed seminars.

Black Belt Interviews
Black belts make sure to fill out your interview application, testing form, and schedule your interview with
Mr. Baxter two weeks prior to testing.
Black Belts, make sure to keep your own accurate log of your training regimen.
You will need to bring this to your interview. See Ms. Foster in the Pro-Shop for guidelines.
